Al Kellaway is the principal consultant and he possesses extensive experience in the recruitment of senior level executives within Australian Agribusiness. Prior to joining, Al enjoyed a twenty year career in technical, sales and marketing of Crop Protection and Animal Health products. Having worked for several well known multinational agrichemical companies, including: Hoechst Agrivet, DuPont Australia, American Cyanamid, BASF and Summit Agro. He particularly enjoys interactions with people across the many Agribusiness industries.
