WHAT WE COLLECT

We will only collect information that you provide us with directly (e.g. when you apply for a position), or information from third parties which you authorise us to obtain (e.g. in the case of consulting a personal referee). Examples of such information are your contact information (phone numbers, email address, physical address, etc...), your curriculum vitae, copies of email and written correspondence, and notes taken from interviews and conversations. We will only collect information that is relevant to any positions that you are applying for through us. If you submit an application to us via our website form, we may also collect the IP address of the computer you submit the application from. This information is only used for statistical tracking purposes, and to verify an application's validity, and will not be used to identify you personally.

USE AND DISCLOSURE

By submitting an application for a specific position within a company, we are assuming your permission to pass on any personal information you provide to relevant parties within that company. We will not disclose your personal information to any other parties. We will generally add any personal information you provide to us, to our internal candidate database, and may contact you in the future regarding positions which might be of interest to you. You must inform us in writing or via email if you do not want us to add your personal information to our database.

DATA QUALITY

We will only disclose information that you have provided, and will make efforts to ensure that this information is up to date and correct.

SECURITY

We endeavour to keep any personal information we collect secure. Any information you submit via our website form is protected by passwords once it reaches our internet server, and is routinely copied to our offices and removed from the server. Any information we store in paper or electronic form is protected from unauthorised access by necessary means (e.g. physical security, passwords, firewalls, etc...). Any personal information in paper form that we discard is destroyed by shredding.

TRANSBORDER DATAFLOWS

If you are applying for a position in a company located outside Australia, we may pass your personal information to relevant parties within that company outside Australia. In such a case your personal information may be subject to the privacy regulations of that country. If you have any concerns please contact us, and we will endeavour to inform you of any such regulations.
